A View of the Lake Bed and Breakfast is equipped with a state of the art 550 sq ft demonstration kitchen where your host, Bermuda chef of the year, Steve Marston combines the best ingredients from the Okanagan together with 30 years of global culinary experience in the preparation of breakfasts cooking classes and demonstration evenings.

Bermuda "Chef of the Year" in 2004, Steve has been an executive chef for over 30 years in England, Bermuda and here in the Okanagan at Quails' Gate Winery. Steve has been conducting cooking demonstrations for 16 years. His passion for food and wine has taken him to the next step; opening his Demonstration Kitchen at A View of the Lake Bed & Breakfast in 2007.
