Your hostess, Josephine, originally from Dublin, shares her love for life and cooking with her guests.  

Ask Josephine to whip you up one of her famous  Shangarry pancakes. Josephine also serves crepes, fresh fruit salad, home-made granola, Eggs Benedict with Canadian bacon or smoked salmon, juice and coffee or, of course, tea.
