Welcome to A Lakeside Retreat. We are located on North Lake just a short 5 minute drive to the world famous Skookumchuck Rapids and just outside the Village of Egmont, BC. Our casual laid back lifestyle creates a perfect place to relax and unwind from the hectic pace of the big cities.

We offer 3 beautifully appointed suites and a lakeside cottage. Our suites have been designed with your comfort in mind; large comfortable queen size beds with Egyptian cotton sheets and delightfully pampering amenities

Our west-coast-style, secluded retreat is situated on a peaceful lake. The private dock is great for sunbathing or for swimming in the clear refreshing waters. There is a paddle boat, rowboat and canoe if you'd prefer to spend some time relaxing on the water.

The options for relaxation in a natural setting are varied. Unwind in front of a romantic fire or sit in peace and tranquility on your private deck looking at the scenic lake. If soaking in a hot tub out in the fresh air appeals, there's one for your enjoyment.

Looking for adventure? That's easy! Hike a 2 1/2 mile trail through a lush 307 acre rain forest to view the world famous tidal ebb and flow of the Skookumchuck Rapids. Perhaps a tour up Princess Louisa Inlet where you can marvel at the beauty of Chatterbox falls. Charters leave form the Egmont Harbor and we are only five minutes away.
